Before Your Appointment

Please make sure to come to your appointment rested, well hydrated and arrive on time. We want to make sure we have enough time to create your perfect look! Plenty of parking is available.

Cancellation Policies

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can accommodate other clients. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Policies

We accept cash, eftpos, credit cards, PayID, PayPal, AfterPay and Apple Pay as payment methods (surcharges may apply). Please note that 50% of the service charge is required as a deposit at the time of booking. If you have any questions regarding payment, feel free to contact us.
